The purpose of being a member of the National Black Chamber of Commerce is to support the National Office in the fulfillment of its mission. That mission is "To economically empower and sustain African American communities through the entrepreneurship and capitalistic activity within the United States and via interaction with the Black Diaspora". Based on the makeup of the entity, there are preferred ways to fulfill this purpose. The following are the various ways or types of memberships that can be implemented.
When you join the NBCC you’ll find support and resources to help you grow your business and enrich your life. Membership includes: membership certificate, NBCC newsletter, all communication from national office, quarterly meetings, national summits, technical support, access to the e-commerce business portal, and Internet networking.
