2. White House Fellowship Program:  The President and Mrs. Obama would like your help to encourage talented leaders to apply to the White House Fellows program.  Fellows are generally high achieving, mid-career professionals.  There is no age limit, but the average Fellow is in his or her early 30’s.  The program is strictly non-partisan.  For more information, visit http://www.whitehouse.gov/about/fellows, or contact Gabe Cohen at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 3. The EPA is now Looking at your Fish Pond:  Currently pending in the U.S. Senate is legislation that would amend the Clean Water Restoration Act.  Right now, the law says that the Environmental Protection Agency is in charge of all navigable water.  The amendment would remove “navigable” which would then include every seasonal puddle, water hole, fish pond in America.  That cute little plot of land grandma left you?  Watch out, that fish pond on it may cost you serious bucks one day.  Those wishing to fight this expansion of government power should contact Senator John Barrasso, R-WY, at http://barrasso.senate.gov.

4. NBCC President/CEO on the Glenn Beck Show:  We want to thank all of you who have sent in positive emails about the appearance of Harry C. Alford on the Glenn Beck Show last week.  For those of you who missed it (go here).
