Discrimination in contracting with the Federal Highway Administration:

African American and Hispanic American contractors have been cut out of government contracting with
the Federal Highway Administration to the tune of 2.7% participation. African Americans represent over
13% of the American population and Hispanic Americans represent over 14%.
28% of the total United States population is only receiving 2.7% of government contracts issued
by the Federal Highway Administration.
This is an outrage that will not go unnoticed any longer!
