Our Fall Summit will be built around Title VI (Civil Rights Act of 1964) compliance as a business builder and job creator for our communities.
Mark your calendars for November 5 – 6, 2009 and plan on meeting us in San Diego. Besides being a very lovely place San Diego is also
located in California which has the worst Title VI record in the nation. San Diego itself has not let a contract to a Black, Hispanic or woman
owned business in over three years. So, it is fitting that we journey to the “belly of the beast” and begin to bring economic parity.
Hence the theme: “Economic Parity not Apartheid”. This will be the beginning of a new era so come and be a part of history.
