In order to start and run a success Black Chamber of Commerce, you must follow these steps:

Step 1:  Join the National Black Chamber of Commerce.  In order to be recognized by the national organization you must be a member. 
Once a member we will do our best to assist you in the formation of a strong local chapter and place you in touch with whatever larger

Step 2: Develop a Strategic Plan.  These will be guidelines and goals for your chamber of commerce.  Ask yourself questions, such as,
