Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP (WR&A) is soliciting Minority/Women Business Enterprises for subconsulting opportunities in support of a Construction Management and Inspection Services proposal.  WR&A is seeking qualified firms with experience on wastewater treatment plant or similar type projects in any of the following construction related services – Electrical Inspection, Concrete and Soils Testing, and Special Inspections.  Previous experience with WR&A in similar capacities is preferred.
