Holder Construction Company invites all interested trade contractors to submit prequalification information for the University of Maryland University College inn and conference center renovations in Adelphi, Maryland.

Bids are due in our Herndon office on July 23, 2012 at 1:00PM.The project includes interior renovation of approximately 150,000SF of existing food service,conference center, and hotel space. The scope includes new interior partitions and finishes,new mechanical and plumbing systems, new electrical system components, and upgradedsprinkler and fire alarm systems. The project is designed by HKS. LEED® Gold certification will be pursued and the project has a 30% MDOT MBE goal. Construction begins in August 2012 with completion in September 2013.
