Invitation for MBE Participation:

KCE Engineering, Inc. (KCE) is pursuing the Maryland Environmental Services (MES) Request for Proposal for Professional Services Short List for Multiple A/E Projects, Category II Solid and Hazardous Waste Management. Due to RFP requirements, KCE is soliciting qualifications from interested Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT)‐ certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) firms who can provide services under this category.  Please refer to RFP for scope of services listed for Category II.  Services we are seeking include all engineering design aspects of solid waste management, environmental permitting, development of systems to contain, remove, and/or treat contamination at hazardouswaste or leaking underground storage tank site.
