Division of Construction Contracts Administration - Capital Improvement Contracts are issued by and posted on the Baltimore County Department of Public Works web pages.  General Contractors must be pre-qualified (10 days prior to bid opening).  If there is a pre-qualification requirement for subcontractor, pre-qualification for the sub must also be approved 10 days prior to bid opening.  Information pertaining to construction contracts solicitations and pre-qualification can be obtained by visiting:  http://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/Go/constructioncontracts
