Buchart Horn Inc. (www.bh-ba.com) is in the process of selecting a team to respond to a Request for Proposals by the City of Frederick for the upgrade to its wastewater treatment facility. The firm is currently seeking qualified, experienced MDE/EPA certified MBE/WBE firms that specialize in survey, geotechnical, structural and permitting disciplines to partner as a sub-consultant to support this upgrade.

The firm chosen to lead this project will provide planning, design, preparation and delivery of biddable construction documents (plans, specifications, details) for the upgrade of the City’s Gas House Pike Wastewater Treatment Facility in accordance with the pre-selected Enhanced Nutrient Removal (ENR) Processes.
