We will be bidding the above named project on 3-9-2011. This is a Maryland Department of Highways project and will be subject to Prevailing Wages, Buy American Act (ARRA), and a 6% DBE participation goal. Currently, I am inviting sub-contract proposals for traffic control, project site photography, chainlink fence installer, trucking, and the placement of S&E controls. I am also inviting material supply quotes for limestone, concrete, PVC/HDPE pipe, geomembrane liner, fiberglass trapezoidal flume, fiberglass control building, fiberglass pump station, precast concrete, traffic signage, and E&S controls.

For your review, I have attached the bid announcement, SHA contract cover page, and prevailing wage rates. If you intend to bid please complete the attached bidder information form and include it with your proposal.
