Our company is planning on bidding on Blue Plains Filtration and Disinfection Facilities Upgrade - Phase 3 - Electrical Improvements, at the Blue Plains AWWTP in Washington DC.  This DC WASA project bids on January 19, 2011. The project has an estimated value of $10 million with a contract duration of 830 calendar days.

Solicitation of participation by Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (WBE/MBE) is a requirement of this project.  Accordingly, our company is soliciting quotations from MBE/WBE subcontractors and suppliers on this project.  We are requesting your organization’s assistance us in contacting qualified WBE/MBE companies that would be interested in bidding work on the above project.
