3.  Be Ready for Disasters: September 2010 marks the seventh annual National Preparedness Month sponsored by FEMA.  This year will focus on encouraging Americans to work together to take concrete actions toward emergency preparedness.  We are encouraging all Americans to join the readiness team and truly help themselves, their neighbors, and their communities be Ready. 4.  Winslow Sargeant is in! Despite a horrendous fight by Senator Olympia Snowe, R-Maine, Winslow Sargeant is now our Chief Counsel of Advocacy for the Small Business Administration.  This will be the first time we have someone who knows how to make a payroll at this position and we look forward to the fresh and contemporary approach.  There is nothing like having an entrepreneur represent entrepreneurs.  By the way, Winslow is also the first African American to hold this position.  A graduate of the University of Wisconsin (go Badgers!)
