You are cordially invited to attend the City of South Bend’s Minority and Women-Owned Business Outreach Program: Breaking Down Barriers Diversity Outreach Event to be held on Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 8:00am to 11:00am EST at the Century Center South Bend located at 120 South St. Joseph Street in South Bend, Indiana.

Meet with Fiscal Officers from over 10 City Departments – Administration and Finance, Community & Economic Development, Engineering, Environmental Services, Parks, Public Works, Streets, Lights & Sewer, and more! Receive information about other resources to help you grow your business. Speak with the 3 major business certifying agencies (invited): State of Indiana, Indiana Minority Supplier Development Council (IMSDC) and Women’s Business Enterprise Council-Great Lakes (WBEC-GL) on getting certified as an MBE or WBE. Most importantly, receive information on upcoming projects and procurement goods and services typically purchased by the City of South Bend!

ALL BUSINESS OWNERS are encouraged to attend. If you are certified by any certifying agency such as the State of Indiana, IMSDC or WBENC, then please bring a copy of your current certification letter with you to the event. No cost to attend. FREE parking.
