2. All bidders are to include workforce of 20% women & minorities and 20% Anne Arundel

County Residents (see prescreened applicants list on ftp site).

3. MBE/WBE participation is unchanged at 35% of subcontract.

4. Addendum #1 dated 4-19-11 MEP only is included as part of this bulletin.

5. RFI questions and answers are part of this bulletin, which will be labeled as RFI#2 C & S

6. M6.001.1 Oil Tank details of pad and tanks are now posted on the ftp site and from part

of this bulletin. The tank and piping is part of plumbing BP#10 including spec 023100.

7. Floor & shower drain cut attached is to be used for parking deck above casino to drain

surface & wp membrane. Included with RFI’s.

8. All bids are to provide an alternate add for performance & payment bonds and

insurance if OCIP is not used.

9. Bid Packages 15, 16 ,19 & 25 will not be bidding at this time.

10. AHU’s & Chiller’s are the only pre-purchased equipment (see copy of proposal covering

same on ftp website) Trane’s previously posted proposal for details
