Several Sub-Contracting Opportunities in Cumberland, MD

Good Afternoon Bidders,

We will be bidding the above named project on 4-6-2011. This project is located in Cumberland, Maryland and will be subject to Prevailing Wages, Buy American, and a good faith effort to utilize DBE companies. Currently, I am inviting sub-contract proposals for asphalt paving, concrete work, traffic control, project site photography, boring and jacking, seeding/planting, and the placement of S&E controls. I am also inviting material supply quotes for limestone, concrete, PVC/HDPE pipe, steel casing pipe, precast concrete, traffic signage, trench shoring, and E&S controls.

For your review, I have attached the cover page, schedule of items, prevailing wage rates and EPA Form 6100-3. If are a certified DBE firm and intend to bid on this project please complete the attached EPA form 6100-3 and include it with your proposal. I will need to include those in my bid package. If you have any questions about these federal forms please contact me.

Note: Currently there have been 3 addenda’s issued and we are requesting all proposals by 4 -1-2011.
