VA HOSPITAL The Southeast Veterans Healthcare System Replacement Hospital (VA New Orleans) (Project Legacy) is a multi-building campus project covering twelve city blocks. Buildings include Inpatient, Diagnostic and Treatment, Outpatient, Transitional Living and Rehabilitation, Research, Administration, Central Energy Plant and two separate parking structures for staff and patient/visitors.
